UCA campuses
We offer undergraduate courses across our five campuses in Surrey and Kent – Canterbury, Epsom, Farnham, Maidstone and Rochester.
Three year BA (Hons)
Three years of specialist study in one of the subject areas above. Entry for the majority of these courses requires a strong portfolio of work, showing your skills, abilities and interest in your chosen subject. If you do not have a suitable portfolio, you could consider a pre-degree course, such as the Foundation Diploma in Art & Design (if you are taking your A-levels) or the Access to HE Diploma (if you are returning to education after a break). Please check the specific course listings for the courses that you are considering for more detailed information on portfolio requirements.
Four year BA (Hons)
The four-year courses incorporate an initial year of specialist foundation studies followed by three years study in your chosen subject, which leads to a full Honours degree. You can enter one of our four year courses directly from A-level without taking the Foundation Diploma Art & Design.
Two year Foundation degrees
Foundation degrees offer two years of specialised, vocational study, designed to make you ready to step straight into the career of your dreams. As with a three year BA (Hons) degree, you must have a suitable portfolio of work to enter onto the course and could consider a pre-degree course such as the Foundation Diploma Art & Design (if you are taking your A-levels) or the Access to HE Diploma (if you are returning to education after a break) if you do not have this.
One year top-up degrees
If you study for a two year foundation degree with us, you can opt to take an additional year in order to "top-up" your foundation degree to a BA (Hons) degree.
