The photography course at UCA Rochester encourages you to make and publish fresh, creative, speculative and provocative visual work. We want you to express your ideas, critically engage and inspire audiences, and make a significant contribution to visual culture.

The course offers a broad and creative approach to contemporary photography. Our students explore and practice a diverse range of genres and territories including: documentary, fashion, environment and fine art. Equipped with extensive resources, digital and analogue, and staff with professional profiles this is a cutting edge course. It enables you to work with up-to-date professional practices at the highest levels of photography to fulfil your ambitions.
