This is a degree course with communication at its core. Your focus in year one is the guiding principles and methods of graphics, whilst you also investigate how and why graphics are such a powerful means of communicating messages and meaning.
Key study topics include:
- Develop visual and conceptual skills to communicate ideas across 2D, 3D and digital media
- Gain confidence with software programmes
- Develop professional skills in team working, project management, and verbal and written communication
- Taster units and personal tutorials to determine specialist area of work: Consumer & Culture, Authorship & Information, Craft & Technology
- Industry work placement

- Final major project and self-initiated design project.
