UCA applicant days
University days should be one of the most valued and treasured times of your life so the decision on where you will study is vitally important. UCA has friendly and supportive campus environments, providing an inspiring education to all of our students.
Pre-degree and undergraduate applicants
If you have applied for a pre-degree or undergraduate course then you may be invited to attend an applicant day during which you have your interview. The applicant day has been designed to provide you with an opportunity to discover further information about the course, campus and student experience.
In most cases, you are offered a tour of the University campus. You also have a chance to meet with current students and, during your interview, meet with the admissions tutor who will discuss your work, interests and academic background. You have ample opportunity to ask questions and to satisfy yourself that UCA is the right choice for you.
You are welcome to bring along parents, guardians or other companions. They too are invited to join a guided tour of the campus. The interview, however, is restricted to the applicant only. On arrival you register your attendance at reception and you are given a schedule of activities. Please allow enough time to participate in the activities of the day and meet our student ambassadors, who are available to answer any questions you may have about life at UCA.
Your applicant day is scheduled for either the morning or afternoon and you are advised of the date and time via the applicant portal.
Postgraduate applicants
If you have applied for a postgraduate course then you may be invited to attend an interview with your postgraduate course co-ordinator. This is an opportunity for you to discuss your work as well as ask questions about the course.
